EDOS participated in World Rabies Day’s celebrations, using the Logo "Protect me so I can protect you", which was organized by the Ministry of Environment and Water and sponsored by Emirates Park Zoo, Security Search Department K9, EDOS, and Emirates Animal Welfare Society.
The event was on Thursday, October1, 2015 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Emirates Park Zoo where the Society provided free rabies vaccination for cats and dogs. The event focused more on a variety of programs and lectures on how to avoid rabies.
